The pod uses computer-controlled variations in pressure, airflow and temperature to simulate rapid altitude changes.
Over the course of 20 minutes, your body interprets over 200 pressure changes as a challenge, triggering powerful physiological responses.
The chamber opens and you step out - refreshed. We recommend 2-3 sessions each visit.
