How it Works

CVAC sessions are simple, comfortable, and deeply effective. Here’s what a typical visit looks like.

STEP 1
Enter the Pod

Sit comfortably in the chamber as it closes around you.

STEP 2
Session Begins

The pod uses computer-controlled variations in pressure, airflow and temperature to simulate rapid altitude changes.

STEP 3
Cells Respond and Adapt

Over the course of 20 minutes, your body interprets over 200 pressure changes as a challenge, triggering powerful physiological responses.

STEP 4
Session Ends

The chamber opens and you step out - refreshed. We recommend 2-3 sessions each visit.

Long-Term Adaptation Builds Over Time
